In light of the COVID-19 pandemic that continues to present significant workforce challenges across the globe, HR leaders are searching for ways to promote mental health awareness. From developing flexible work schedules to unlimted PTO policies, there is a critical need to highlight the importance of mental health in the workplace.

This meeting will cover the following topics related to COVID-19:

• Discuss leadership and HRD interventions that are needed to promote employees’ mental health during and after the COVID-19 pandemic through case studies and literature review ​
• Provide critical insights and perspectives on the related issues with recommendations
